Who the controller is
This site is a personal portfolio maintained by Eduardo Freyer, who acts as the data controller under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018, the LGPD).
For any matter regarding personal data, the contact is nettofreyereduardo@gmail.com.
What data is collected
Only what you voluntarily type into the contact form: name, email, subject (optional) and message.
The request IP address is processed transiently to rate-limit abusive form submissions. When written to logs it is masked (for example, 203.0.113.***), never storing the full address.
This site uses no cookies, analytics, pixels or tracking of any kind. Fonts are self-hosted, so your browser contacts no third-party servers when loading the page.
Preferences stored in your browser
The site stores only your chosen theme (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. This does not identify you, is never sent to any server, and can be erased at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.
Your language is not stored: each version of the site has its own address, and the language shown is simply the one of the page you are visiting.
How the data is used
Solely to read and reply to your message. Your data is never sold, rented, used for marketing, or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
The legal basis is legitimate interest and preliminary steps related to a possible contract, under article 7, items V and IX, of the LGPD.
International transfer
Email delivery is handled by Resend, a company based in the United States, and the message is received in a Gmail inbox operated by Google, also in the United States. This constitutes an international transfer of data under articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD.
These companies act as processors, handling the data only to deliver the message.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed for the purpose of the contact, and for no more than 24 months, after which they are deleted. You may request deletion earlier at any time.
Your rights
The LGPD grants you, among others, the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymization or deletion, and withdraw consent where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, write to nettofreyereduardo@gmail.com. Requests are handled as promptly as possible.
